Why is the chiringuito crooked?
One explanation would be, of course, the sand gives way.
The real explanation is provided by the Black Beaty II itself. The old sail had a tear and was patched. The patch and the middle seam follow the direction of the tear.

The beach bar still looks like a black hole in space.
The flashes are created and the beach bar gets its lighting. The light tubes thereby shine on the seams of the patch.

The shelves are replenished, people turn in. Beach beds are set up, umbrellas are stretched and small palm trees are erected.
This is the finished little Chringuito up close.
Cheers!
